Mission
Springer Fastpitch helps girls grow as players and as people. We teach them how to play the game well and help them become the strong, kind, and confident young women God created them to be.
Vision
We believe every girl should have the chance to learn and play. We want girls everywhere to learn to play with excellence, character, and integrity. We want them to learn to be great teammates and good people. Through quality experiences with coaches and other players, girls learn skills, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership. These lessons will help them succeed on the field and in life.
Values
Relationships - We value teammates, families, coaches, and community. Our world is better because of the people in it, and we get to play with each other with grace and gratitude.
Coachability - Growth requires a willingness to learn. It’s ok to fail. We all do, that’s when we learn the most.
Commitment - We focus on what we can control and bring the best of what we have each day. Attitude and effort are contagious, and both are a choice.
Responsibility - We do things the right way, even when it’s hard. We take care of ourselves, including our words, our actions and our gear.
Joy - Softball is a gift. It is a game, and it is fun, especially when you succeed.
